Rarefy EDUCATION

Now only a few educational institutions pure, absolutely fair and transparent. Honestly reveal the truth, everything is transparent in the sense described in the front and not hidden, while there is hope that fall on the wrong perception.

Less clear? Well, I try to show one example of many cases that occur. Almost all schools have the main rules that teachers may not provide private tutors lessons (private of course) for students who are studying in schools where teachers work. In practice, many teachers of subjects that have been giving lessons. At least, build a network among the teachers to do student exchange programs outside. More severe, not a few school principals involved in this conspiracy. Actually, I did not make the event a claim on the basis of considerations of life and conditions that occurred since tens of years ago. Teaching profession is still one of the professions that are less valued, I also really understand, but this condition has also been experienced since tens of years ago. So, all already know that the teacher means so simple life.

The problem is, playing in many cases violations of human rights and universal truth. I mean, there are teachers involved in cases like the above, which then obtrude. Students who do not want to come be tutors in the assessment. When this happens, teachers have been in violation of student rights to choose or not to participate. Teachers violate universal truth because doing so is not known right. Every time I discuss this with friends, both those who work as teachers and others who work, they often said that my ideal too, so I eventually collide with the environment. Now this is not the ideal time to speak again, because life is a matter of a day-to-day reality. In this case I do not make idealism vs. reality.

Daily life, we need the money because so far only has the exchange rate and official way. The problem is, I think, that we talk about education. Therefore, let us place ourselves in the perspective of education. When we face the facts and the ideal can not talk, and for what we talk of education? Ideally the value of facilities aimed at transforming education. If the value is transferred is not correct, how might produce the correct output? Then, how do we process the responsibility of education that we do?

Let us talk only of teaching. Do not mention more schools and educational institutions as a place to teach. Because without the transformation of values, the school only to transfer knowledge and technology. In educational institutions teachers, we always listen to and discuss the ideals of education, but when we become teachers, we find what we have learned can not be done in the field caused by the facts.

Really so? Are you sure you do not have the constraints that are found in the field, mistakes happen because we, the perpetrators in the field of education? Try to note the following question: What makes you decide to study in teacher education? What makes you decide to professional teachers? What makes you decide to forward the field of science you have now? Is there any element of coercion in the decision making process? What you hope to become a teacher? What type of school that will be the place where you work?

Many ideas I get from my teacher friends about this. In general, they agree that many people decide to become teachers to improve the social status. Some other reasons are also approved by the friends that teachers can provide lessons to receive additional money, because it does not feel able to compete in the field of the others, because they do not pass the selection of the other, and because the job requires a short working hours. Many teachers do not decide that because you want in the world of education, education itself.

Often parents do not feel the power when dealing with schools. Why? School quality is determined by how the children will learn the results in a higher output. How do children feel comfortable with the school environment. Parents must work as a supervisor of the education process takes place in schools. Should be the parents as consumers of education school providers to get the best service from the school. Unfortunately, many parents are also less concerned about the education itself. Finally, students should always be the subject of education, was defeated for the other things not related to education and even conflict. There are still many parents who also fell in the trap trends, including trends in education.

Try it out we look, what reason you sometimes stubborn child placed in a particular school? So what is your criteria to compare one school with other schools? What you expect from children in schools with school? How do you believe that what you want what you get? For parents, let's give more attention to help the education process in schools for children to grow flowers because you are the party most concerned with the self and the lives of children. How we can help, assist the children who will be good for our own. How can we prohibit children to be themselves. Never say "you can not still small, the father / mother can be so big already," because it will only make the child believe that he must be mature, because it can only be done by adults.
