Lifestyle Options

Those who succeed in life always develop daily habits to achieve what you want. Habit is a behavior pattern which consists of three components that include: knowledge, attitudes and skills. The habit is the result of the learning process, not the prize is revealed. We do not need to become victims of circumstances or background of our education. As humans, we are responsible for our own lives. Humans have self-awareness, imagination, conscience, and will be free. Behavior is the result of personal decisions. We must move with the values that we have to think carefully, selection, and biological. To qualify, people need to: understand, accept, condone, control, self esteem, develop themselves, and share themselves with each other.

Development of quality of life obstacles: self-love, self jactitation (hypocrite), moral parochialism (most rate their own good), and incarcerate themselves (low self esteem, negative self-view, does not accept with gratitude what is owned and experienced, people worried about the assessment own, seeking recognition and acceptance of others, and fear). How do we face obstacles that come?

Many difficulties are actually made by our own, although we maybe difficult to accept. We have difficulty with choosing to be in a certain place, and consequently if we have the difficulty, and then we meet with the favor to yourself. All can be avoided if we can make a different choice. What choice of your life now?
